Celeste O,Brien and Kina Ueda have been in the massage therapy industry individually for 18+ years and together for over 10 years. They were lucky enough to do an out of town event together and they clicked. They believed that their vision of a facility that cultivated community and personal excellence was something to purse together. They started out with just one room and have now built Symmetry360 Massage to a be a $2M+ revenue business with three locations across the front range in Colorado.
They Knew they were being looked at as a resource for their own in house therapists and other service industry entrepreneurs and chose to develop a program to provide guidance and courses to lead and teach. They have implemented a comprehensive internal leadership program to train the therapists of Symmetry360. The development of this leadership program was the start of SET - Symmetry Entrepreneur Training.
Step by step Celeste and Kina developed a full course that walks entrepreneurs through the process of starting and excelling in their own business. They also offer support via coaching, mini courses, products and accountability groups.
